Let's think of curiosity this way: not as a character trait, but a physiological state.

Pick one small, low-stakes thing you encounter today—a piece of software you use, a tree in your yard, or even the mechanics of your coffee maker—and approach it as if you have zero expertise. Ask one "dumb" question about it: “Why is this shaped this way?” or “What happens if I click this?”
By intentionally playing the "amateur" in a safe environment, you signal to your nervous system that it is safe to shift from Defense to Discovery. You aren’t looking for a win, but you are just letting the water go still enough to see what's at the bottom.
